Spring Websites is a Connecticut web design studio. We design, build, host, and care for custom websites for small businesses. Spring Websites is the website brand of Spring Innovation, Inc., a Connecticut company run by Lui Nobrega, who founded Spring Websites.

Who is behind Spring Websites?

Spring Websites was founded by Lui Nobrega. Lui has more than 27 years in technology, making complicated systems simple for teams of five and for Fortune 100 companies. He runs Spring Innovation, Inc., based in Connecticut. Lui has been building websites since 2018 under the Spring Innovation brand, and launched Spring Websites in 2026. That same habit of making hard things simple is what goes into your website.

Who do we build for?

Small businesses in Connecticut and beyond. We have launched sites for Casanova, a modern Italian restaurant in New Haven; Spotless Laundry, a pickup and delivery laundry in West Haven; Tranquil Tymes, a massage and Reiki practice in Wallingford; and manufacturers like Secure Foam and Xcel Tool & Manufacturing. We also serve clients nationwide.

How do we work?

Every site is built from scratch, not from a template. Sites start at $600, and most projects land around $2,400. Most projects take 2 to 4 weeks from start to launch. After launch, we host your site and keep it fast, secure, and current. You get a clear quote, and a reply within one business day.
